Receiving a Building Approval (BA) is always a moment of mixed feelings. Jord House was obtained on Dec 26, followed by Odin House and Yasuragi on Jan 23, and Feb 23 from the lands department of Hokkaido prefecture. On the one hand it means the architectural madness is behind you. Behind you are all those months of fiddling with details where the slightest change in just a small beam means everything has to be redrawn from scratch. On the other hand, getting the BA in your hands means a new kind of feverish drive sets in. And it’s called construction. Fun, fun, fun.
