We are Odin

Odin is an international boutique development firm that develops and invests in ultra-premium residential, hospitality and retail space in exceptional locations. The company’s first investments were in Niseko, Japan. Odin is funded by private capital.

Odin frequently commissions some of the world’s most talented architects, designers and operators for projects. As a business with strong quality ideals, Odin believes in “just right” – the right scale and the right pace. This philosophy has helped us deliver genuine quality, and prove our concepts through careful operations with great care and attention to detail.

TIME IS PRICELESS

Odin is luxury living with a soul. It is on ongoing quest for the ultimate leisure playgrounds and finest personal luxury sanctuaries. Odin seeks inner wealth. We call it intelligent luxury. A world where ‘luxe’ is about the depth of what you see, hear, do and feel. Like a barefoot walk across a wooden deck. Or a book by the crackling open fire. But more than anything, we at Odin endeavor to create more of one of the most elusive currencies on earth: time.

Design

Odin loves talent. Some remarkably talented people collaborate with our own designers to shape the world of Odin. Architects, interior designers, product designers. In the midst of Odin’s design ambitions you will find an award-winning collection of furniture from the infinitely gifted Jamie McLellan, a native of 110% natural New Zealand. And we have also created a ground-breaking outdoor/indoor spa bath right in the heart of the Yasuragi by Odin loft project. And retail complexes designed with AIA-winners Bohlin Cywinski Jackson (designers of Apple stores and Pixar Studios offices).

Niseko, Japan

Odin's first playground was Niseko, on the northern Japanese island of Hokkaido. Niseko is Asia's top international ski resort. Exposed to massive snowfalls and within arms-reach flying distance from key Asian cities, it is often called "Asia's Whistler".
